We’re looking for a volunteer with a truck to help transport collected litter to drop-off points and track our impact by counting and weighing bags. This crucial role ensures our clean-up efforts are effective and shows the difference we’re making together.

Adult volunteers are needed to help paint over graffiti in our community. HERO provides all supplies and ensures homeowners' permission before addressing graffiti on private property. Graffiti must first be reported to the sheriff's department. As an unincorporated area without a graffiti abatement program, El Rio relies on us to care for each other. More volunteers mean faster responses and a stronger message of love and respect for our neighborhood.
